Cumulus Media Inc. launches new Social Site

Cumulus Media Inc. launches their new Local Social Website "indianapoliscooks.com" using We-Create’s ConnectorSocial (TM) platform.
Indianapolis, IN and Waterloo, ON. - Cumulus and We-Create Inc. today introduced the new Indy Cooks website (indianapoliscooks.com) to the Indianapolis marketplace.
The Indy Cooks site (indianapoliscooks.com) is an innovative online revenue generating website that brings together people who share common interests. With its compelling look, social networking features and rich content it is positioned well to become one of the top landing sites for WFMS 95.5, 104.5 Jack FM and WWFI 93.9 listeners and the local community. This station-branded social site functions essentially as a mini MySpace or Facebook but will be focused on local citizens and the businesses that serve them. This unique content filled site will allow users to create profiles, link to pics and videos on YouTube and Flickr, blog and add friends. Cumulus Indianapolis will have the opportunity to monetize this website through offering local and national businesses with multiple on-line advertising spots. Connector Products appearing at the RAB 2008 in Atlanta

Alan McNamara joins We-Create as COO
1 June 2007 - Previously Chief Operating Officer of Geosign, Alan McNamara was instrumental in structuring Geosign through aggressive growth and raising US $160 M in 2006. Alan brings with him more than 20 years of experience in senior management roles for private and global public corporations. He served as President of a federally accredited energy service company, Corporate Energy Group, as well as Chief Financial Officer for several high tech firms including Agile Systems, Logisense and Switchview. He has been a member of the executive team of such multinational corporations as Asea Brown Boveri and Champion Road Machinery.
Alan is taking over the roles of COO at We-Create to allow the company to sustain its aggressive market growth and take it to the next level.

We-Create releases its new radio platform and successfully migrates its current customer base
31 May 2007 - We-Create inc. unveils its new ConnectorRadio platform, bringing higher feature sets, improved direct monetization of the radio websites, allowing for quicker deployments, and enhanced Search Engine Optimization. It also ties ConnectorRadio ever more tightly with ConnectorLocal, spiraling radios’ ability to contribute to and keep the pulse on what is going on in their community. A number of We-Create’s existing radio customers have already been successfully migrated, in a seamless operation for the radios’ members and listeners. The rest of We-Create’s customer base should be on the new platform by end of summer 2007.
