About Our Owner
Nate Wheeler is a United States Marine Corps veteran who served his country honorably for 4 years as an 0311 infantry Marine. Before joining, he spent 2.5 years studying mechanical engineering at Penn State Behrend, but he couldn’t resist the call to join the ranks of the finest fighting force on the globe (no offense to my Army or swimmer buddies). After a tour in Iraq as an advisor to the Iraqi army he wrapped up his undergraduate degree, and moved from Pennsylvania to California to obtain his MBA. During his 2 years in San Diego, he started a few businesses and began to see his calling was in helping businesses succeed through digital marketing.
He moved back to Erie, and after a few job interviews, he realized that his vision for innovation in marketing and website design would only be fulfilled if he could shape a company from the ground up. Nate applied the resilience and persistence learned through watching his father own and operate his own contracting company, and through his experiences in the Marine Corps. The struggles of starting a company in the most fiercely competitive industry possible (competing against the top marketing firms in the world is a lot like trying to compete with Arnold in a weightlifting competition) were a challenge weCreate accepted, and over time, we thrived by employing a few tactics other military guys might relate to:
