Terms and Conditions for Free Website with Lead Generation Services Commitment

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between weCreate Website Marketing and Development (“Company”) and the client (“Client”) regarding the provision of a free website in exchange for a one-year commitment to lead generation services. By entering into this agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms found below.
1. Eligibility
1.1. This offer is available exclusively to businesses that meet the minimum lead generation services spending requirement of $2,500 per month for a period of 12 months.
1.2. The Client must provide all necessary materials, including but not limited to logos, branding guidelines, and initial content, to complete the website.
1.3. The Client must sign a formal agreement and provide payment details for lead generation services before the website development begins.
2. Free Website Offer
2.1. The Company will design and develop a basic website tailored to the Client’s business needs. The scope of the website will be defined in the formal agreement.
2.2. Ownership of the website will transfer to the Client upon completion of the 12-month lead generation services term.
2.3. The Client is responsible for the cost of content writing for the website, which is not included in the free website offer.
2.4. If the Client terminates the lead generation services before the 12-month commitment is fulfilled, the Client agrees to reimburse the Company for the remaining cost of the website, calculated as $3,500 divided by 12 months, multiplied by the number of months remaining in the term.
3. Lead Generation Services
3.1. The Client agrees to a minimum spend of $2,500 per month on lead generation services for 12 consecutive months.
3.2. Lead generation services will include but are not limited to paid advertising, campaign management, analytics, and performance reporting.
3.3. Payment for lead generation services is due monthly in advance. Failure to make timely payments will result in suspension of services and potential termination of the agreement.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Payments for lead generation services must be made via [accepted payment methods].
4.2. Late payments will incur a fee of [insert late fee percentage or amount].
4.3. If the Client defaults on payment for two consecutive months, the Company reserves the right to terminate the agreement and invoice the Client for the website’s remaining value as specified in Section 2.4.
5. Cancellation and Termination
5.1. The Client may cancel the agreement with 60 days’ written notice but will be liable for the remaining website cost as outlined in Section 2.4.
5.2. The Company reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the Client breaches any terms of this agreement.
